1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Lineviora website (www.lineviora.com) and the purchase of our outdoor windproof clotheslines. By placing an order with Lineviora, you agree to be bound by these terms. Our store operates from Slovakia and caters exclusively to consumers within Europe.

2. ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

We partner with established carriers including DHL, FedEx, and UPS (Priority services) to fulfil orders.

  • Timeframes: Order processing requires 1 to 2 business days. Subsequent transit requires 3 to 9 business days.
  • Tracking and Notifications: We keep you informed throughout the delivery process. At key transit points—including order dispatch, arrival at regional logistics facilities, and local delivery—we will automatically send tracking updates to the email address provided at checkout.
  • Delayed Shipments: If your order exceeds the standard transit times outlined above, we will initiate a formal investigation with the carrier. Based on the findings of this investigation, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which will be either a full refund or a reshipment of the goods.

3. TRANSFER OF RISK

In strict compliance with the European Consumer Rights Directive and Slovakian consumer protection laws, the risk of loss or damage to the goods is transferred to you only when you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), have acquired physical possession of the goods. We retain all responsibility for the goods whilst they are in transit.

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14-DAY RETURN POLICY)

As a consumer based in Europe, you possess a statutory Right of Withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement sent via email to windproof@lineviora.com.

5. FLAWED OR DAMAGED GOODS

We hold our fulfilment process to strict standards. However, should you receive an item that is flawed or damaged upon arrival, you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement.

To resolve the issue, simply contact our customer support team via email at windproof@lineviora.com upon receipt of the item. You are required to provide clear photographic evidence of the damage or flaw. You are not required to return the damaged item to us; providing photographic evidence is sufficient for us to process your refund or replacement immediately.

6. PRICING AND PAYMENTS

All prices listed on www.lineviora.com are provided in Euros (EUR) or the applicable local European currency and include statutory VAT where applicable. Payments are processed through encrypted, industry-standard gateways. We process transactions promptly upon order confirmation.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our obligations are strictly confined to the supply of the physical items as described on our website. Lineviora shall be liable for a breach of core contractual obligations, the fulfilment of which is essential for the proper execution of the contract. Lineviora shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the items.

8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms of Service, and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services or goods, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Slovakia, without prejudice to any mandatory protective provisions of the consumer protection laws of the European Union member state in which you habitually reside.
