What are the order processing and shipping timeframes?
We partner with premium international couriers, including DHL Priority, FedEx Priority, and UPS Priority, to manage our logistics.
- Order Processing Time: Once an order is confirmed, it requires 1–2 business days for sorting and dispatch preparation.
- Transit Time: Following dispatch from the logistics centre, delivery to European destinations generally takes 3–9 business days.
How can I track my delivery?
Our system features automated tracking updates. Notifications will be sent to the email address provided at checkout during key logistical intervals: when your order is dispatched, when it arrives at a transit facility, and when it is out for local delivery.
What happens if my package exceeds the standard delivery time?

We will promptly initiate a formal investigation with the respective carrier. Based on the objective facts established by the investigation, we will arrange either a full refund or a replacement shipment.

What should I do if I receive a flawed or damaged item?
If your item arrives damaged during transit or exhibits objective material flaws, your consumer rights are fully protected. Please contact our after-sales support team via email (windproof@lineviora.com) upon receipt.
For such instances, you are not required to return the damaged item. Simply provide clear photographic evidence of the issue within your email. Upon verification of the submitted details, we will process a full refund or arrange a replacement shipment according to your preference.
